GP Referrals- Rapid Iron Infusion
Holmesglen Private Hospital accepts Rapid Access Iron Infusion referrals from local GPs, physicians, and surgeons, for patients requiring an urgent infusion.
Infusions are carried out in our dedicated Infusion Centre located on the Ground Floor of the hospital, in a comfortable and well-appointed environment.
To make a referral, please contact us by phone on 9567 9180 or fax our pdf to the number on the form.
When sending in a referral please include all relevant blood results related to the need for the transfusion.
